How will these economic factors impact the quality of education in Ohio?

Governor Kasich has proposed cutting all Ohio Grant Aid or about $888 for students obtaining the current maximum Ohio Grant aid.

US House Resolution #1 was passed and includes cutting the Pell Grant by almost $1000 per student. The bill still needs to be ratified by the US senate and the president, but assume it passed as is...

Assume the usual cuts of direct tuition subsidy at the state level will also occur, resulting in the typical more student-side tuition cost increases than the rate of inflation.

Along with these cuts, collective bargaining rights will be eliminated.

What impact would these changes have on education in Ohio? How will these economic factors impact the quality of education in Ohio?
It has an impact on all the states. fewer classes, less financial aid to give to the students,Fee hikes
