I just want to know does anybody know if this law going to effect people sentenced as of the date it was signed, Or anyone sentenced after Nov. 2010?Ohio Governor John Kasich passes a new law saying if inmate does 80% of time they can be released?
Check Ohio government web sites. I wonder, does that mean less time for most inmates, or does it mean they must serve at least 80%? Probably less time, because prisons are overcrowded due to the War On Some Drugs, and it costs a lot to keep people in prison.
