Do you advocate only 20% of all Ohio sports teams are BLACK? I mean fair is fair, if you demand at least 20% of an elected officials cabinet meets racial percentages why not DEMAND ALL businesses and entities meet that standard.

I'm trying not to read too much into it. No, it isn't racist. If that was the norm for his staffing, then it might be racist. But sometimes you are going to have a variable amount or not of diversity. Diversity isn't suppose to be forced, it's suppose to be acceptable.
he can hire who he wants, and FYI he just hired a black guy. liberals are just trying to stir up crap as usual. Kasich isn't doing anything wrong, he is just hiring who he thinks will help run Ohio in the best way.

Why is this an issue? I could just as easily ask why, if 20% of Ohioans are black, that 80% of the Cavs' roster are not white.
I think what's worse is demanding that there always be at least one non white person that in itself seems more racist than appointing an all white party.
