Since Brown, Kasich and Daniels did the right things , why would the citizens second guess them?

They have balanced budgets.

Reid has blocked it on the federal level

They have unemployment all equal or below Obama's national average.Despite leading states heavily dependent on manufacturing.

They are all actively attracting new business to their states where the Democrats that preceded then let them slip away to the south or go overseas due to being treated like revenue sources instead of job sources.Since Brown, Kasich and Daniels did the right things , why would the citizens second guess them?
You forgot Scott Walker, who has given a billion dollars more in tax cuts to corporations in Wisconsin and attacked public unions from day one. Unemployment in Wisconsin has GONE UP by half a percent. Yeah, that's the right thing to do.

California's budget deficit is expected to be $8 billion dollars this year. The Ohio budget is supposedly not a deficit bill, but it is based on projections of increased income which may or may not come true. In addition, part of the way it was balanced was by cutting state contributions to local governments by 25% and then 50%. Indiana's state budget is expected to be $1.3 billion in the hole if the economy doesn't improve or massive spending cuts are not made. I don't know where you got the idea that all these budgets are balanced, but they're not.Since Brown, Kasich and Daniels did the right things , why would the citizens second guess them?
Whatever their state constitutions require, they obviously haven't been meeting them and don't show any signs of meeting them in the future. It's sad to know that you think slavery is better than no job at all.
