Is this how desperate Kasich and friends are to defend their union busting SB5?

So in other words in doesn't matter if not passes or fails since the Supreme Court decides in either case. Isn't it plainly obvious that Ohio Issue 3 is just a bald faced attempt at bringing out the conservative vote to defend SB5? Which is reviled by the majority of Ohioans?

Ironically, I was born in Ohio and grew up in Wisconsin. Both were stench filled union friendly states. I am so proud of their current Governor's today, that I am proud to say I come from both. Unions represent everything that is wrong with America.Is this how desperate Kasich and friends are to defend their union busting SB5?

The unions need busting. They add billions of dollars each year to the price of products and services.
