I agree. This is a case that should have never ended up in the courts. Generally it happens fairly often and when children are discovered they are simply made to register.in the districts they belong to. It's a well known fact that in minority, low income districts school services are inferior, so all that this Afro American mother was trying to help her child, no great harm.

I think that Governor Kasich should be congratulated in his show of decency and humanity. He is a very conservative Republican, who did something that is too often missing in the GOP at this time So those intolerant people should analyze their motives as to see why they feel so much hatred and hostility. Could it be racism, classism or simply a lack of humanity ?
