This is referring to the privatization of the Department of Economic Development. The DED in Ohio has been in serious cost over runs for the past 4 years, and hasnt made a significant impact on job growth in ages. Kasich plans to privatize the DED, they (the company) would provide bonuses based on performance by whomever places the winning bid on the DED and under privatization rules in ohio would not disclose them (same as done for BMV employees bonuses)Why is Ohio Gov. Because he's beholden to big business special interests. My personal belief is that he is also corrupt - he went from congress to 'working' at Lehman brothers, but he says he didn't really do much. So why was he worth 400,000 a year? Because he basically was using his connections to hook Lehman Brothers up. He also 'taught' a class at Ohio State that paid him like 50,000 a year for 4 hours of total work. Not four hours a week...for hours TOTAL (numbers may be off but you get the point). If you ask me, the guy is greedy and I wouldn't doubt he'd give bonuses to companies that donated to his campaign or paid him.
