A judge in Riverside county which is conservative is not activist. A judge is supposed to interpret the Constitution and the arguments presented and this judge has ruled on it. However, Pres. Obama is required to appeal this decision and it must also be repealed through Congressional Act only. This court decision has 60 days to be appealed which it will be. Sure their made to keep quite about it. But they are among the ranks as I type. Nothing has changed except the ability of service members to not be afraid to be who they are while they are risking their lives for the nation. Remember support our troops.

This is about the 3rd judge that ruled all the homophobic BS this country has implemented as unconstitutional. One of them was even an uber-conservative appointed by Lord Reagan. Quit your whining.
