With the United States of America, what is the difference between diplomacy action or military action? and which one would you think is better to handle North Korea. i think our main concern is that we don't want China to end up siding against us. so which would be the safer routeWhat is the difference between diplomacy action or military?China depends on the US. Where will they sell all of their cheap manufactured goods if they alienate the US?



Korea is small potatoes. They need to be contained. Much like the old soviet union, they will eventually collapse. The Korean people are starving while their leader is bankrupting the country in a quest for weapons. Eventually a country like that will collapse.



If we hadn't intervened in Iraq, Saddam would have eventually been overthrown. We are seeing in Iran the beginnings of an eventual collapse of their government.What is the difference between diplomacy action or military?
North Korea is not small potato, no state can be contained by another state. North Korea can do what they want, and i believe US should mind their own business, as North Korea, China and the rest of the states did not intervene in US WMD...

What is the difference between diplomacy action or military?basically, i dont think china is depending on US, They can sell their cheap manufactured goods in middle east and asia region, plus, they will be one of the biggest economic force in the future, as they are rich with resources and labor power.

and also, i believe diplomacy is the best way to solve the problem, because US did not contain IRAQ, it INVADED Iraq,... which clearly shows that they use FORCE/GUNBOAT/COWBOY diplomacy,... US only knows how to use force..and their diplomatic skills, is totally OUT

and also i dislike Hillary Clinton on her statement, "North Korea is a naughty boy...." This clearly shows that US does not recognize and respect another states sovereignity... and also did not act according to the code of conduct on Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations 1961..
