How long can the Military hold a recruit on legal hold before they have to charge the recruit with the offense?

Can anyone tell me how long the military can old a failed recruit on a military base when a supposed investigation is underway before they have to charge the recruit with a suspected offense? How long can the Military hold a recruit on legal hold before they have to charge the recruit with the offense? That will all be driven by the UCMJ... as administered by the JAG Corps... They're going to be your source for time limits, etc.How long can the Military hold a recruit on legal hold before they have to charge the recruit with the offense? It's just like it is for a civilian, no limit. A person could be on hold for a very long time while an investigation is going on. There's no time limit during the investigation phase. Once charged there's a right to a speedy trial.

How long can the Military hold a recruit on legal hold before they have to charge the recruit with the offense?Best bet is to ask for a Lawyer, either civil or through ADC(if the person is AF, ADC=Airman Defense Counsel).

Anything other than that would constitute giving 'legal advice' which I am not a lHow long can the Military hold a recruit on legal hold before they have to charge the recruit with the offense?
