i think its any country's responsibility to get the weapons away from bad guys. it just happens that the u.s. usually "has" more money so the international community has us buy them. I've talked to people in the air force that told me when the U.S.S.R. went under they flew there to by weapons, chemicals, plutonium, uranium and a bunch of other stuff from generals who broke off and started selling it illegally.Resolved: It is just for the United States to use military force to prevent the acquisition of nuclear weaponsNot as long as we have 30,000 warheads ready to roll, no.
