What are the military documents required to join Australian Army?

I am a Captain from Bangladesh Army having 2 years basic military training and 8 years commissioned service. If I want to join Australian Army what are the military documents I will need? It is necessary to mention that Bangladesh Army officers can not avail documents like Training/Course reports,Officers Performance Report(OPR) from the authority because those are confidential. Can those requirements be fullfilled through an interview or a test of the applicant? Otherwise what else can be done? What are the military documents required to join Australian Army?To join the Australian army, you must be an Australian resident or citizen. If you have this, find out where your local Defence Force Recruitment Center is, and talk to a recruitment officer. Iam 90% sure that the only country that can transfer across in military careers in the UK, so if you want to join the army you will need to start from scratch, doing basic and initial employment training with the Australian army. What are the military documents required to join Australian Army? You don't need to show them all your documents, you should be able to lodge an application without them. You'll have lots of interviews and assessments as part of the process (especially if you want to train as an officer here) and that's generally enough to determine if you're suitable.

Of course, when you do apply they'll want to know about your prior service, so bring whatever documents detailing your service you can find. You probably won't need that confidential stuff, just whatever outlines how long you've served and where, what your rank is, what courses you've attended, etc.
