I want to become a military policemen. I'm guessing i'll have to do basic training and?What kind of training will an army military policemen have to complete?Training



After officer training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, military police training teaches you how to detect and investigate crimes. It also helps you understand basic police duties and operations, civil and military law, court procedures and self-defence. You then go to a Special Investigation Branch unit for three months during your first posting.

Skills you can learn



You learn how to investigate crimes everywhere from barracks in the UK to the front line of operations. You are taught how to deal with soldiers and officers of all ranks, and how to best assist them with their enquiries. You also learn how to work alone, so that you're competent and can take responsibility for your decisions.

Qualifications you can achieve



City %26amp; Guilds Certificate in Human Resource Management

Bournemouth University鈥檚 Post-Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management



Edexel/BTEC Certificate in Management Studies

Officer training is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, and the Chartered Management Institute
